Meet the Adhere team

Aaron

Co-Founder, Sales & Business Development, Campaign project management

Aaron is the driving force behind Adhere, and our sales guru with over 27 years of industry know-how. His experience in promotional merchandise and apparel has not only driven long-term growth, but fostered client relationships that feel more like partnerships.

He’s built his career on trust, intuition, and the kind of industry insight that only comes from being in the game for decades. Aaron doesn’t just sell, he solves, supports, and stays actively involved at every stage, which is why clients stick around year after year.

When he’s off the clock, you’ll find him cruising in an old classic car, mountain biking, playing tennis, or tinkering in his shed, usually with his two mini Dachshunds, Seal and Meg, by his side.

Danielle

Co-Founder, Sales & Product Development, Product Sourcing, Offshore Production, Design.

As the Co-Founder of Adhere Promotions, I’ve been involved in growing the business since we started in 1998. My role covers a wide range of areas, from sales and product development to sourcing products, offshore production, and creating Merchandise e-commerce stores. With a background in design, finance, and business management, I’m passionate about continuously learning and developing new skills, particularly when they improve efficiency, streamline processes, and deliver a better experience for our clients.

Away from the business, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and training my warmblood horse, Shelly, in dressage.

Sandra

Sales & Business development Manager

Sandra has been with Adhere Promotions since 2011, bringing extensive experience in sales, marketing, and design from both the Promotional and Apparel industry and ad agencies in Australia and overseas. Known for her creative approach and strong client relationships, Sandra is passionate about delivering standout results and building lasting connections.

Sandra enjoys weekends spent by the water, aboard a boat, or watching boating & skiing events. She also loves "glamping" & spending quality time with her family & friends at a weekender in the Hawkesbury area or taking trips away.

Brenda

Executive Assistant & Sales co-ordinator

Brenda joined the team in 2014, bringing with her a strong background in executive support, legal services, and finance. With over a decade in the promotional merchandise and apparel industry, she has developed a deep understanding of both the industry and our business operations.

Her interpersonal skills and genuine ability to connect with others have helped her build strong client relationships, making her an invaluable and trusted member of our team.

When she's not working, she enjoys touring & discovering beautiful locations in her camper trailer.

Sash

Graphic Designer & Product photography

With over 13 years in the fast-paced world of promotional marketing, Sasha has seen every trend come and go, from “going viral” to “wait… that’s a font?” A true creative all-rounder, he’s worked across design, photography, merchandise programs, and yes, even fixed the office printer.

As one of the original creatives on our team, Sasha does more than make things look great, he anticipates challenges before they arise, ensuring projects run smoothly and clients stay happy. Around the office, he’s known for keeping a calm, focused vibe, because great ideas don’t need last-minute panic.

Andrew

Warehouse Supervisor

Andrew has been a valued member of the Adhere Promotions team since 2014 and took on the role of Warehouse Manager in 2020. Prior to joining us, he built a solid foundation in automotive spare parts sales and gained hands-on experience operating container forklifts and managing freight logistics. Andrew’s reliability, efficiency, and great sense of humour make him a key asset in ensuring our warehouse operations run smoothly and effectively.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys watching a variety of sports, spending quality time with family and friends, and firing up the barbecue whenever he gets the chance.

Ashley

Accounts Administrator

Ashley brings over 20 years of management-level experience in accounting to our team. She also has experience in self-managing a retail business. Her excellent organisational skills and a love for number crunching, makes her a perfect fit for our Accounts role.

Brenden

Graphic Designer

Brenden joined our team in 2024, bringing with him 30 years of experience in Graphic Design. As a former Graphic Designer and Creative & Editorial Design Manager for a top media company for over 22 years, he has a deep understanding of design principles and trends.

Off work, he enjoys spending time with family, listening to music, swimming, and cheering on his favorite sports teams."

Tayanee

Print Production

Tayanee joined us in 2022 after finishing her HSC. She has successfully mastered print production whilst pursuing a university education. Her natural attention to detail & ability to balance multiple responsibilities make her a valuable asset to our team, she consistently delivers high quality work, generating positive client feedback.

Outside of work & study, she enjoys attending country music festivals, where she creates unforgettable memories.

Ellie

Warehouse Co-ordinator

Ellie joined Adhere Promotions in 2022, bringing a background in healthcare as a lab technician. Now a valued member of our warehouse team, she’s known for her warm personality, multitasking abilities, and time management skills, that are essential in our fast-paced environment.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and engaging in outdoor activities such as camping, fishing, and four-wheel driving."

Alicia

Warehouse Co-ordinator

Since joining us in 2023, Alicia has been an invaluable addition to our team, leveraging her past experience in warehousing. Her friendly and approachable personality, coupled with her ability to multitask and tackle challenges, makes her a standout team member.

When she's not working, Alicia loves spending quality time with her family, going on hikes, and enjoying barbecues with friends.

Nate

Warehouse assistant

Nate joined Adhere Promotions in 2024 after finishing school and is currently studying for a Diploma in Business while gaining hands-on experience in our warehouse operations.

He has a strong interest for weightlifting, building computers, and competitive gaming.

Jayden

Warehouse assistant

In 2024, Jayden joined our team as a casual assistant in our warehouse while also pursuing his HSC studies. Cooperative and respectful, he brings positive energy to both his work and interactions with others.

When he's not studying or working, he likes playing sport and gaming.

Our in-house print department is a key part of what we do, allowing us to maintain full control over quality, speed, and customisation. With everything under one roof, we can oversee each step of production to ensure the best results.

From pull-up banners and full-color prints on smaller merchandise to custom transfer applications on apparel and headwear, we handle it all. Having the process in-house means we can quickly test samples, make revisions on the go, and keep turnaround times fast without compromising on quality.
