CONCEPTS / product design / product decoration
Artwork
To begin the artwork process, we ask that you provide a high-resolution PDF or Illustrator (AI) vector file of your logo, along with any relevant brand guidelines, creative assets, and Pantone colour references. This ensures we accurately represent your brand across all products.
Our in-house design team will then create detailed visual mockups for each item, giving you a clear and realistic preview of how your branding will appear on the final product. These mockups help ensure alignment on layout, colour, and scale before anything goes into production.
Once the visuals are approved, we’ll prepare print-ready artwork files and issue a Sales Order for your sign-off, ensuring every detail is locked in before we proceed.

CUSTOM PRODUCT
For custom-made products
Before moving into bulk production, we offer a thorough pre-production sampling process to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your custom product. This step allows you to review the materials, branding, and overall finish before giving final approval.
The sampling process typically takes up to four weeks and includes the following steps:
• Production of the Pre-Production Sample
We create a sample using your approved artwork and selected materials. This gives you a tangible reference of what your final product will look like.
• Client Review & Approval
Once you receive the sample, we invite you to review it carefully. This is your opportunity to confirm all elements are correct—from colour and branding placement to materials and finishing touches.
• Adjustments (if needed)
If any tweaks are required, we’ll work with you to revise the sample and ensure it meets your expectations before moving forward.
Once the sample is approved, we proceed to bulk production and coordinate shipping according to your timeline. Throughout the entire process, our team maintains open and proactive communication to ensure the final product meets your exact specifications and high quality standards.

Local (stocked) product
For blank stock decoration
Once you’ve approved the final artwork, we’ll move ahead with ordering stock and scheduling production to meet the agreed timelines. Your checks and approvals are an important part of the process, ensuring that your branding is represented accurately and that production runs smoothly, without delays.
Please note that pre-production samples are not automatically included. However, if you’d like to see a sample before full production begins, we’re happy to arrange one upon request. Sample production may incur additional lead times and costs, depending on the product and decoration method.
FAQ
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Yes, we do. The minimum order quantities (MOQs) depend on the product type and the branding method. For example, simpler printing methods on promotional items may have lower MOQs, while custom-made or specialty products might require higher quantities.
Our Account Managers will work closely with you to understand your needs. Whether it’s the product, branding preferences, budget, or timeline, and recommend the best options for you.
What are the delivery lead-times.
Lead-times vary depending on the type of product and production method:
• Locally decorated stock typically has a lead-time of approximately 3 - 4 weeks.
• Custom-made products produced offshore generally range between 4 to 15 weeks, depending on the complexity and shipping requirements.
Before proceeding with your order, we’ll always confirm the specific lead-time to ensure it aligns with your delivery needs.
Do you offer express delivery ?
Yes, we can. If you need your products quickly, we can arrange express air-freight shipping to help reduce delivery time. Just keep in mind that express shipping does come with an extra cost due to the faster methods and handling involved. Once we know your needs, we’ll provide a cost breakdown and ensure everything arrives on time and as expected.
Can you ship to multiple destinations?
We handle shipments across Australia and internationally, whether you need products sent to different locations within the country or to other countries.
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll provide tracking details so you can follow its progress. We’ll also keep an eye on everything to make sure it arrives on time.
