RESPONSIBILTY

Ethical Sourcing & Supply Chain Policy

All offshore manufacturing partners must provide current and verifiable proof of ethical operations. This includes certification or third-party audits such as:

  • SMETA (Sedex Member Ethical Trade Audit)
  • BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative)
  • Or other equivalent audits covering Social Accountability standards.

Audit reports are thoroughly reviewed to confirm that suppliers meet all criteria, and that products carry the necessary certifications. SMETA and BSCI frameworks follow a common Code of Conduct aligned with ILO Conventions, providing robust methodologies for auditing and reporting across global supply chains.

Beyond Compliance

Shared Values

The foundation of our sourcing strategy is partnering with suppliers who share our core values.

While factory audits, management systems, and formal policies are essential to building an ethical sourcing framework, we believe true success comes from working with suppliers who, like us, are committed to continuous improvement and willing to embrace positive change.
